1. Who we are
Atelier Miori is an online jewellery and accessories business selling through Etsy UK.
Atelier Miori is operated by COLOMBUS LIMITED, company number 16068555, registered office: 1 Morley Road, Twickenham, TW1 2HG, United Kingdom.
For the purposes of UK data-protection law, COLOMBUS LIMITED is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.
For questions or requests, email contact@leadai.world.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy explains how we collect, use, retain and protect personal information when you purchase or enquire through Etsy; contact Atelier Miori; interact with our website or services; connect a Pinterest account to an Atelier Miori publishing application; or otherwise provide information to us.
Etsy and Pinterest also process information under their own privacy policies. We do not control processing carried out independently by those platforms.
3. Information we may collect
Etsy order information
We may receive your name, email address, postal and delivery address, products ordered, order value and transaction details, delivery and tracking information, Etsy messages, and information needed for a return, replacement or refund. Payment-card information is normally processed by Etsy or its payment providers; we do not ordinarily receive or store complete card details.
Customer-service information
We may collect contact details, message content, photographs and information about your order or enquiry.
Pinterest integration information
If you connect Pinterest, we may process your account identifier, board and board-section identifiers, OAuth access and refresh tokens, selected photographs, Pin titles, descriptions and alt text, links, Pin identifiers, publication status, dates, errors and other information you submit. We do not ask for or store your Pinterest password; authentication uses Pinterest’s authorised OAuth process.
Technical information
We may collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, access dates and times, security and diagnostic logs, application errors and API response information.
4. How we use your information
We may use personal information to:
- process, fulfil and deliver Etsy orders;
- communicate about orders, enquiries, returns, replacements and refunds;
- provide customer support and maintain business, tax and accounting records;
- prevent fraud, misuse and security incidents;
- connect authorised Pinterest accounts and retrieve available boards;
- generate draft Pin titles, descriptions and alt text;
- publish user-approved photographs and metadata to Pinterest and monitor publication;
- maintain and improve our services, meet legal obligations and handle legal claims.
5. Our lawful bases
Under the UK GDPR, we rely on contract where processing is needed to fulfil an order or requested service; legitimate interests to operate, secure and improve our business where those interests do not override your rights; legal obligation for legal, accounting, tax or regulatory requirements; and consent where we request specific permission, including when you connect Pinterest.
You can disconnect Pinterest or withdraw consent for future processing at any time. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful.
6. AI-assisted content generation
We may use an artificial-intelligence service to create draft Pinterest titles, descriptions and alt text from product photographs and supplied information. Selected photographs, product information and instructions may be sent to that provider. We aim to minimise personal information in these requests.
We do not use this process to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Avoid uploading photographs containing people or other personal information unless you have permission to use them.
8. International transfers
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we seek to use an approved transfer mechanism such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful safeguard.
9. How long we keep information
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary. Typical periods are:
- order, transaction, accounting and tax records: generally up to six years after the relevant financial period, or longer where legally required;
- customer-service correspondence: as long as reasonably needed to resolve the matter and maintain records;
- Pinterest tokens: until disconnection, expiry or when the integration is no longer required;
- Pinterest publication records: while necessary to operate the service and maintain publishing history;
- uploaded photographs: until publication or for a limited operational period, unless saved by the user in a content library;
- security and diagnostic logs: for a limited period appropriate to security and troubleshooting.
We may keep information longer to resolve a dispute, comply with law or handle a legal claim.
10. Security
We use reasonable organisational and technical measures designed to protect personal information, which may include HTTPS, access controls, restricted administration, protection for stored tokens, secure secret management, monitoring and regular updates. No internet-based system is completely secure.
11. Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict your information; object to processing based on legitimate interests; receive certain information in portable form; withdraw consent; and complain to a data-protection authority. Legal conditions and exemptions apply, and we may verify your identity.
Contact contact@leadai.world. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office or call 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concern first.
12. Disconnecting Pinterest and requesting deletion
You can revoke access through Pinterest settings or email us. Following disconnection, the application cannot access Pinterest through the revoked authorisation; stored tokens will be deleted or made unusable; records required for legal, security or record-keeping purposes may be retained; and Pins already published may remain until separately deleted.
To request deletion of information held by Atelier Miori, email contact@leadai.world with the subject “Data deletion request.”
14. Children
Our products and services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through our Pinterest application. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.
15. Third-party services
Our Etsy shop, Pinterest integration and external links rely partly on third-party services. Review the Etsy Privacy Policy and Pinterest Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal responsibilities change. The latest version and updated date will appear here. Material changes may also be communicated through an additional notice.
